Property Inspections • Termite/WDO Inspections • Fumigation

Residential

Our very comprehensive property inspection is for the client who would like a thorough analysis of most major details of the property. It is an inspection of the major systems which caters to the client who is concerned not only with the systems that make the building habitable/useable, but also provides a list of the many small items that may need attention. This visual home inspection includes over 300+ items, from the Foundation to the Roof and all the major systems of the property including electrical, plumbing and heating/air conditioning.

Termite/WDO

Termites and other Wood Destroying Organisms can wreak havoc on a building's structure with no obvious visible signs. This inspection can be performed at the same time as a home inspection, or on its own. You'll know if termites, dry rot, or another type of destructive organism has worked its way into your building, and we will provide you with advice on how to handle the problem.

Fumigation

When it comes to Drywood Termite or Wood Boring Beetle infestations, the best solution is to eliminate them using a single treatment. There are plenty of control methods which claim to be as effective as fumigation, but none of them offers the same level of guaranteed protection.

Commercial

Commercial Building Inspections are for a wide variety of properties including showroom/warehouse buildings, multi-floor office buildings, restaurant buildings, medical office buildings, retail store buildings, boutique hotel buildings and mixed-use buildings that include both commercial and living space.

Soil Treatments

Liquid soil and foundation applications are treatments to the exterior perimeter soil and outer foundation of your home. An effective solution for subterranean termite removal, this involves the application of liquid chemicals to the soil, either under concrete flooring and/or around the perimeter of the property foundation. This creates a protective zone around the structure, eliminating any foraging termite which enters the treated area.

Thermal Imaging

A thermal imaging inspection (also known as infrared or IR inspection) uses non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology to generate reports not sufficiently covered by conventional visual or even physical inspections. An IR inspection report is just as important, if not more, than a standard home inspection report.
